Answer: Within 30 days from the delivery date of your annuity, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Q2: What if I need to take money from my annuity?
Answer: you can freely access an amount of your annuity annually after the first year (the free partial withdrawal amount) without paying a surrender charge or triggering a market value adjustment.
Q3: What can I do with the money in my annuity when the guarantee period ends?
Answer: You will have a 30 day period before your current guarantee period ends to make one of four choices: continue the contract and begin a subsequent guarantee period; continue the contract and begin a one year interest rate period; take a partial withdrawal and continue the contract with a subsequent guarantee period; or surrender the contract in full.
Q4: How does the market value adjustment work?
Answer: With a market value adjustment, we are able to better match our assets and liabilities, which allows us to give you a higher rate. Like with bonds in general, when bond yields decrease, the value of your contract increases, and vice versa.

Q3: Can I get a guaranteed rate of interest?
